This event is rain or shine so dress for the weather.
Join us for this day full of fun for all ages at Mounts Park!
Our CPAAA volunteers will be out in full force at Fishing With the 5‑0, supporting families throughout the event. You’ll find our team running the Kids’ Raffle Table, serving lunch, assisting with parking, and helping young anglers at the Loaner Rod Table.
What you can expect:

Annual rainbow trout release!Fishing with the Hamilton Township Police Officers and the ODNR officers.

ODNR will be on-site with their archery trailer and tons other cool wildlife displays.

FREE solo and tandem kayaks available to cast your rods in deeper waters or just to try out paddling with your family!

Kids Raffle Booth and Free Lunch for the kiddos
Don’t fish? Join us for family friendly games or join us to enjoy the beauty of Mounts Park.
Kick off summer with us at Cones With Cops!
The first 100 kids get a free scoop of ice cream.
Come grab a treat, meet your Hamilton Township officers, and share what you’re most excited for this summer.
Touch-A-Truck is fun for the whole family!
Our CPAAA volunteers will be hard at work at the Police Booth, sharing swag and greeting families. Their help gives our officers the chance to showcase their vehicles, answer questions, and snap photos with the kids. Be sure to catch our very own K9 Kahn during his action‑packed demonstration.
Touch‑A‑Truck just got even better! The CPAAA will be selling tickets for our $500 Kroger Gift Card Raffle. Swing by our booth, say hello to our volunteers, and get your chance to win big while supporting the work we do for our officers and community.
The 2026 Junior Police Academy will be held
June 16th - June 20th from 8am until 12am each day.
There is no fee to attend the program, but priority will be given to Hamilton Township residents.
The program is best suited for children between 5th and 7th grade for the upcoming school year.
Come celebrate America’s 250th birthday with us at the Freedom Festival & Parade!
Our amazing CPAAA volunteers will be riding along the parade route, waving proudly, and tossing candy to all the smiling faces lining the streets.
After the parade, keep the celebration going at the CPAAA Beer Garden — grab an ice‑cold drink, say hello to our volunteers, and pick up your raffle tickets for our fabulous basket raffles. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the day while supporting the work we do for our officers and community.
National Night Out is the perfect family evening!
Come meet our police officers, firefighters, and community partners while enjoying activities, giveaways, and friendly faces.
Our CPAAA volunteers will be at the Police Booth handing out goodies and greeting families.

Tickets will be on sale until the 7:00 drawing — get yours early!
Inflatable obstacle course, bounce houses, foam pit, games, DJ, balloon art, and food trucks. Raffles and giveaways, police and fire demonstrations, and a fireworks display to end the night!
