Come see how the HT Police Department Boat stacks up against all the rest on Saturday, August 19th at Oeders Lake.

The boat was constructed by Officer Alex Stephens and decorated by Office Molly Hayslip.

Officer Andrew Hayslip became
the newest member of HTPD. Andrew has eight years of law enforcement experience, most recently with the City of Springboro. He will be assigned as the School Resource Officer at LM Primary, and is eager to meet all the students, parents, and staff! Welcome to the team, Andrew!

On June 15th, the Warren County Tactical Response Unit received the Unit/Team Valor Award at the Ohio Tactical Officers Association Conference. This award was a direct result of actions taken during a hostage rescue incident last July.
HTPD currently has four officers assigned to this multi-jurisidictional team, supporting all of Warren County.

On June 8th, our two newest officers were sworn-in as members of HTPD.|
Mr. Connor Grisso is a 2017 graduate of Lakota Schools | District Communication. After graduation from high school, Connor enlisted in the U.S. Army serving four years and honorably discharging at the rank of E5 Sergeant. After his military career, Connor worked as a diesel and trailer mechanic for Schneider National in Kent, Washington, and in Vandalia, Ohio. Connor recently completed the Butler Tech Police Academy.
Mr. Ben Rosenberger is a 2009 graduate of Graham High School in St. Paris, Ohio. Following high school, Ben attended Wright State University and worked at Centerville City Schools as a junior high school basketball coach. In 2018, Ben joined the Ohio State Highway Patrol and was stationed at post 83 in Lebanon, Ohio. While employed as a Trooper, Ben received several awards including: safe driving, physical fitness, and criminal patrol.
